Confidence is a skill. It can be learnt as easily as driving a car. Three quick tips to boost your confidence:

Emotions – your past positive confident experiences are a resource you can pick up and use to give you a boost.
Logic – when things go well ensure you take the credit for it going well as you would have taken the blame if it had gone wrong. Store these positive experiences as above.
Body – your emotions, thoughts and body are connected. If you control your breathing (by taking in large quick in breath and a very slow out breath for a few minutes) and have a positive posture (chest out, shoulders back, and your head held up high) they will have a positive effect
