Biography

Seven is a behavioural change specialist, leadership expert, professional speaker, twice published author, founder and MD of Odyssey Solutions Ltd: innovators in utilising advanced mind techniques to achieve quantifiable, sustainable, transformational behavioural change for individuals, teams and organisations. Seven is a member of the International Coach Federation, a member of the Association for Coaching, a Master Practitioner of NLP and of TimeLine Therapy, a Master Hypnotist and qualified in MBTI.

She has worked with people in companies including Accenture, IBM, PwC, Oracle, Standard Chartered, HSBC, Amex, LexisNexis and Hummingbird. Working with CEO’s, MD’s, Directors and Senior Executives on a one-to-one coaching basis and senior managers on a workshop basis.

Additionally she has created the Professional Coaching Process for coaching professionals, Speed Coaching for business leaders/managers, and assessment instruments including Speed 360 for feedback, Profile U for character profiling and Speed EQ for evaluating levels of emotional competency and discovering what one needs to do to substantially increase it.

Seven is in demand as an expert in her field and has appeared many times in the national media: TV and radio - including: BBC Maestro (coached Sue Perkins – who went on to win),GMTV, This Morning, CNN, LBC Radio, Smooth FM and many of the regional BBC radio channels; publications - including: The Times, The Guardian, The Telegraph, The Telegraph Magazine, Evening Standard, Marie Claire, Glamour, Cosmopolitan, Psychologies, Better Business, Woman’s Fitness and PCG Freelancer. Seven is an experienced speaker who recently presented at the annual CIPD Coaching conference and the NLP Conference. Seven is the expert presenter of a six episode series The Naked Office exclusively on Virgin 1.
